I agree with the statements that say that many contain those particular elements. And a lot have no or little political intrigue or have little or no fantasy elements, etc. and et. al. Even if you had ALL of those elements, it's not like the other book until your chars are alike, your setting is alike, and the general concept is the same. It can be easy in some cases to make books like others, and hard in other cases to do so. You won't really know until you've done some of the writing.
