If it's just that you're using loads of viewpoint characters, or include R-rated topics, you aren't going to bare any more similarity to Martin than you are dozens of other people writing in the genre.

I have 3 pov characters in the erotica science fantasy fiction that I'm writing right now. XD If it's just about that, my book is just like A Game of Thrones if you ignore the characters, the settings, and the plot. XD Maybe if you drank too much and couldn't really read the words, then it's a carbon copy. XD
I agree, to think that what you're doing is the same as someone else who's really popular, unless you're actually copying them makes no sense. If your story is yours then you have nothing to worry about. Like it's ok to compare your stories to other stories trying to figure out what genre your book fits in, which is harder than it seems. However, you shouldn't strive to be the next A Game of Thrones because we already have A Game of Thrones so why do we need another one? Your story is yours, just make sure you give it the legs it needs to stand on its own.
